About the Owner

Mr Shepherd Matanhire is the founder and director of Par-Excellence driving school who was born in Zimbabwe on the 9th of March 1987.

He became a certified instructor in 2015 and have 9+ years of experience, during these 9 years of service he has obtained 7 instructor’s certifications with the department of transport in South Africa.
